Countries Not Members of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT)

Below is a listing of countries that are not members of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).  To receive patent protection in these countries, you will need to file directly in each country without the benefit of the PCT grace period.  There are no guarantees that the list of countries below is correct, up to date or complete.  Members of the PCT change so you should check the listing of PCT Contracting States provided by WIPO.  You should also talk to a patent attorney to see if a country below is in the PCT or not.
