Does Neustel Law Offices (“Neustel”) work with clients in states outside of North Dakota?

Yes.  In fact, most of our clients are not located in the State of North Dakota.  We have clients from the east coast to the west coast.  With the usage of the latest electronic technology, we are able to represent clients across the United States and around the world.

Can Neustel legally represent clients outside of North Dakota?

Yes.  Patents and trademarks are covered by U.S. Federal Law.  Since our patent attorneys are licensed with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (“USPTO”), we are able to represent clients in all 50 states.

Do you have to meet face-to-face with us?

No.  With the efficient usage of technology (e.g. e-mail, fax, telephone, online forms), we are able to easily represent clients without meeting face-to-face.

What are your fees for a U.S. patentability search and opinion?

What is your fee to prepare a U.S. patent application?

ANSWER:  We prepare most patent applications based on a flat-fee quoted to you in advance.  The flat-fee is based on various factors including the complexity of your invention, the estimated amount of time expected to prepare/file the patent application and other factors.  To receive a flat-fee quote for a patent application, please complete our Invention Disclosure Form.
