All patentability opinions are prepared by a registered U.S. Patent Attorney.  The U.S. patentability searches are performed by an independent patent searcher.  The patent search is of U.S. patents and U.S. published patent applications only.  There are no guarantees that a patent search will identify every potentially relevant patent document.

Note: The fees above are subject to change without notice and do not include USPTO government filing fees, subsequent prosecution fees, issue fees, maintenance fees, office service fees or enforcement fees. Retainers are typically required before performing services or making payments to the USPTO.  We charge interest at 7.0% per annum for accounts past due for more than 30 days.  We typically report all correspondence via e-mail, unless postal, fax or courier are expressly requested in writing (additional fees may apply).  Neustel Law Offices, LTD does not accept liability for failure to implement instructions received within 5 business days of a deadline.  We recommend sending all instructions via e-mail or fax not less than one (1) month prior to any deadline, and obtaining from our law firm a prompt confirmation that we received the instructions.
